Dragon's Tears. Precious, brilliant gems that refract light with intensity like no other mineral can. Some whispers even claim that a Dragon’s Tear glows with a golden and warm inner light, that emanates through the Tear’s majestic and unparalleled patterns.

If you're driving from the bay area, be prepared for possible snow driving on Donner pass. Snow is possible any time of year on Donner pass, though it's very rare in mid-May (estimated 4% chance).
If the weather forecast predicts snow, buy tire chains before you leave, since tire chains sold on the pass have a horrible markup.
Complimentary airport shuttle service is provided by the hotel.
